Notes:
1.  Each visitor must present a current, valid photo ID to enter Arsenal Island. Non-US Citizens will need to fill out and submit an application prior to the banquet.

2.  To get to Arsenal Island, you must either use the government bridge from Davenport (after 5:30 PM) or enter from Rock Island. The Moline bridge is scheduled to be closed for construction.  Specific details for the two entrances/gates is below:

Davenport Gate: Arsenal Traffic Only (two lanes in/two lanes out) will be allowed to enter and exit RIA via the Government Bridge during peak traffic hours (5:30-8:30 a.m. & 2:30-5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday). During all other hours and days the traffic pattern will be normal, including weekends and holidays.

Rock Island Gate: The Rock Island Viaduct and Rock Island Gate will remain two way traffic throughout the closure. When you enter, there will be two lanes with officers checking for identification then merging back to one.

3.  Free parking is available across from the Arsenal Club to the West and North.
