
GREAT RIVER CHAPTER #108
The Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) is a member organization of facilities engineers representing a cross-section of industries. Our members work in manufacturing, healthcare, education, government and other segments of business and academia.
The Great River Chapter covers the Quad-Cities, Iowa City and Muscatine. Our members meet on the second Monday of each month from September through May at 5:30 p.m. Meetings include plant tours, technical speakers, and social events.

AFE administers certification programs for the professional designations of CPE (certified plant engineer) and CFEP (certified facilities environmental professional), publishes the Facilities Engineering Journal and hosts FACILITIES AMERICA, an annual conference that features dozens of speakers on cutting-edge topics and valuable information that benefits domestic and international facilities engineers and their employers.
